If you have to return goods you must contact us within seven days of delivery and obtain an authorization code from us. On cancellation for whatever reason you must return to us the goods we have delivered to you. If the goods are faulty, incorrect item sent by us or damaged on delivery we will meet the cost of return (but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier) and (at your option) replace or exchange any such goods; or refund you for the price paid including delivery charges.
Please note due to the clinical nature of the goods sold on this website if any items packaging has been opened or a seal broken (such as acupuncture needles) the item is deemed automatically non refundable and non returnable. This is non negotiable.
In all other circumstances we will (at your option) exchange the goods or refund you the amount paid for the goods only. The customer is to cover the postage costs of returning the order and any costs of sending out a replacement.
In the event you wish to return any of our products, email us and advise our Customer Services team you wish to return your goods.
Refunds will be credited directly to the same debit or credit card used when placing the order. All refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of the returned order.
This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, which remain unaffected.
